Why a Circle?
A Message from Ann
For generations, women have gathered in circles to collaborate, support one another, and share knowledge. The Women’s Procurement Circle builds on that tradition – creating a space for women in federal contracting to connect, grow, and advocate for change
Our team has led small business procurement advocacy for over 20 years, including securing implementation of the WOSB/EDWOSB federal contracting program. But, without continued advocacy, the program won’t reach its full potential.
The Circle provides a collaborative, judgment-free space to share insights, form partnerships, and navigate the complexities of federal contracting. While focused on women business owners, we also welcome women in senior leadership who are passionate about advancing women in the federal marketplace.
The Circle honors past trailblazers and empowers the next generation. With women-owned businesses still receiving less than 5% of federal contracts, our united voice can drive the policy changes needed to create real opportunity.
We look forward to your participation.
